{"id":1808,"date":"2016-06-08T16:26:10","date_gmt":"2016-06-09T00:26:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eaa31.org\/?p=1808"},"modified":"2016-06-08T16:26:10","modified_gmt":"2016-06-09T00:26:10","slug":"need-volunteers-pilots-ground-crew","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/eaa31.org\/?p=1808","title":{"rendered":"Need Volunteers &#8211; Pilots &#038; Ground Crew"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>VOLUNTEERS 4th of July Young Eagles<br \/>\nTo volunteer for Ground Support or Young Eagle Pilots you need to:<br \/>\nComplete the EAA Youth Protection Training and background check.<br \/>\nPLEASE bring a copy of your completion of same to the Young Eagle event at Creswell Airport on the 4th of July.<\/p>\n<p>PILOTS<br \/>\nPilots need to verify:<br \/>\nPlane being flown is airworthy per FAA requirements<br \/>\nPilot is current &#8211; medical, BFR, Flown recently to carry passengers, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Last year we flew over 100 young eagles and had to turn some away, so we need as many planes and pilots as possible.<\/p>\n<p>We will meet at 11:30 AM for orientation and assignments. (i.e. right after those involved in the Creswell Parade &#8220;Fly-By&#8221; get back on the ground.
