Meeting Notes November 3rd, 2011<\/p>\n

The meeting started at 6:00 with our normal BBQ hamburgers and hot dogs, and with a large helping of\u00a0 Melinda\u2019s famous chili!<\/p>\n

Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM by Sec.\/Tres. Randy Stout.\u00a0 The 17 members and guests in attendance then introduced themselves and gave a brief \u201cWhat exciting thing happened this last month\u201d. President Bill Dewey will be gone until the next breakfast. Ray Morse\u2019s grandson was a guest.<\/p>\n

Dave Petersen then gave a report about the Sept. 10th<\/sup> YE event. We flew 31 kids and everyone had a wonderful time. His only problem was that he overbought supplies and food. That will remedy itself over the next months, but he is concerned that our breakfasts and dinners are costing more than we charge for them. We will regroup on January to decide if we need to charge more for these meals, or change the menu in order to match the costs. He is going to do a breakdown on portions so that he can speak more accurately about any changes and their effects on our costs.<\/p>\n

Secretary Stout then brought up the Christmas party. As no one has stepped forward to lead the efforts this year, it is apparent that we will not be having a Christmas party unless President Bill Dewey (who is out of town) decides otherwise. If no party, then the regular meeting will be held on December 7th<\/sup> at the clubhouse. Please check your email to see if this changes over the next few days or weeks.<\/p>\n

There being no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:54 pm<\/p>\n
