EAA 31 May 2019 Meeting Announcement.

On Wednesday May 1st 2019 our meeting will consist of a number of items:
We need to have a discussion about getting our patio canopy finished before the 4th of July. Same for work to be completed for the memorial garden.
Our own “Mr Dependable” Randy Stout will show us some very interesting Aviation artifacts along with Go-Pro videos of various flights. Looking forward to seeing that.
May Chapter video, time permitting.
This month we will return to our standby Burgers, Dogs & salad. WE NEED A VOLUNTEER “GRILLMASTER”. Please show up a little ahead of time.
6:00 PM Dinner. Only $8.00 bucks.
7:00 PM Meeting. At the south end of Hobby Field/Creswell Airport, Creswell OR.

EAA 31 Breakfast Reminder

9:00 AM Saturday April 20th 2019

Your President is s-l-o-w-l-y recovering. At the point where I can drive and have developed
“Cabin Fever” and ready to go do something (but not much). So – I hope to be there for our EAA breakfast on Saturday. I need to catch up on our patio cover repairs progress etc.
We should have enough Pancakes, Butter, Syrup, Bacon, Scrambled eggs, Sausage, Coffee, Orange juice, Hot chocolate, Milk. If not we can pick up whatever we need. Airplanes and flying. An EAA pancake breakfast is where you get this stuff. At the EAA 31 Hangar. S end of Hobby Field, Creswell Airport, Creswell OR. And only $8:00 bucks! Bring a friend.

EAA 31 March 2019 Meeting Announcment

On Wednesday March 6th 2019 our meeting will consist of a number of items:

The recent HEAVY snow pack did in portions of the Clubhouse/Hangar patio cover. We need to make plans for materials, repairs and replacement.

Greg Hughes of Van’s Aircraft in Aurora, OR. is our featured speaker.

Greg is the Director of Community, Media and Marketing at Van’s Aircraft. Van’s is the largest provider of kit airplanes in the world. The company was founded in 1973 and since then more than 10,200 Van’s RV aircraft of various models have taken to the skies, and many more are under construction. Greg’s job includes working with the community, designing and developing the Van’s brand, web and social media presence, and a variety of other tasks. Van’s is a small company, so he also wears the “IT Management” hat. He’s been a pilot for more than 10 years and is currently building an RV-8A.

EAA 31 Christmas Party 2018

EAA 31 Christmas Party 2018 FREE
Wednesday Dec 5th 6:00 PM Social hour, 6:30 PM Dinner. The price has been reduced to Zero – Nada – Zilch! $0.00 bucks, as long as you bring a side dish, salad, or dessert. EAA 31 Will provide prime roast beef and drinks.

DINNER: Bring a dish: A – H a Side dish, I – Q a salad and R -Z a dessert. If you have a favorite, feel free to choose any category. If you cannot bring a dish, put $10.00 per person in the meal kitty.

PARTY/WRAPPED GIFTS: (Aviation related if possible but not necessary) If you purchase something $15.00 or less – OR – If you have something useful (or a white elephant) around the house that you no longer need or want you can bring that (no $ limit). All who participate in the gift exchange will get a ticket. The fun will then commence! We may have some entertainment.

EAA 31 BREAKFAST THIS MORNING

EAA 31 BREAKFAST This Morning reminder.
If you are one of those people that check your e-mail first thing in the morning, then this is for you. EAA 31 Breakfast is always on the 3rd Saturday of the month, but sometimes we need a little reminder. SO – Sat Nov 17th 9:00 AM we will have our usual Pancakes, Bacon, Sausage, eggs, juice, coffee etc for only $8.00 bucks.
For those who DO NOT check their e-mail in the morning, and didn’t happen to remember that 3rd Sat is EAA 31 breakfast, especially if you missed the breakfast, I apologize for the late notice.
