Jan EAA31 meeting on the 8th NOT the 1st
Since the 1st Wednesday of the month is on new year’s day, we will shift the Jan 2020 meeting to the 8th of the month (the 2nd Wednesday). More meeting announcement details to follow:

EAA 31 BREAKFAST reminder
9:00 AM Saturday December 21st
Even though we are in the busy holiday season, for those die hard Airplane orientated folks we WILL have our regular every 3rd Saturday breakfast meeting this Saturday.
Pancakes, Butter, Syrup, Bacon, Scrambled eggs, Sausage, Coffee, Orange juice, Hot chocolate, Milk. PLUS Airplanes and hangar flying. An EAA pancake breakfast is where you get this stuff. 9:00 AM at the EAA 31 Hangar. S end of Hobby Field, Creswell Airport, Creswell OR. And only $8:00 bucks! Bring a friend.

Christmas Party cleanup Mon the 16th
Starts at 6:00 PM. Thanks to all who did cleaning and setup. Now we will put the christmas deco away until another Christmas

CHRISTMAS PARTY CLEANING AND DECORATING MEETING Wed the 11th
All members of Chapters 31 & 1457 are invited to pitch in and prepare for our Christmas Party on Sat Dec 14th.
We will meet at 18:00 (6:00 PM) Wed Dec 11th to clean and decorate the Chapter 31 Clubhouse.
If you have one of those micro-fiber electric steam mops, please bring it. Most all of the other needed supplies will be on hand.
The better our turn out, the sooner we will be done.

EAA 31 NO DECEMBER MEETING Wed the 4th
Instead we will have our Christmas Party with 1457 at Chapter 31 Clubhouse Saturday, Dec 14th. Starts at 6:00 PM
Smoked Brisket, pulled Pork, Turkey and maybe some ribs. Chapter 31 will provide dishes, flatware, cups and soda. Chapter 1457 will arrange the entree.
Please bring a side dish, salad, or desert of your choice. If you are not a cook and can’t get to the deli, we’ll have a donation jar so come on. If you prefer wine or beer to drink, feel free to bring some as well; and please drink responsibly.
For those who would like to participate in the gift exchange, bring one to get one. $15 max, aviation themed if possible, and don’t be surprised by any white elephants.
Not too late to sign up (do it quickly) RSVP to Alan (alan.wieder.rv9a@gmail.com) with number of people attending so we can arrange catering.
